Windermere Landings is a new community of 155 homes located in Southwest Orlando, on Chase Road, Windermere - just east of CR 535.  We also have a cabana, pool, playground and large field and our community is convenient to shopping, restaurants, schools and major highways.

 

Our community also features a beautiful pond that is a perfect eco system containing fish and all sorts of bird including ducks, cormorants, herons and, on occasion, bald eagles.  We also are home to several Sandhill Cranes that can often be seen strolling through the neighborhood.
